Introduction to LBYP

Mitra Sadhana Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's, Late Bhagirathi Yashwantrao Pathrikar College of D. Pharmacy, Pathri was established in the year 2015 under the chairmanship of Mr. Dwarkadas Y. Pathrikar. He has promoted several educational institutions under the MSSPM trust. Diploma Course has been started from 2015 and the Degree Course was started in the year 2018.

Location

The Institute is situated within a lush green campus in a serene and quiet ambiance at the beautiful campus Pathri Tq. Phulambri Dist. Aurangabad. The campus is spread over in 3 acres of land in a calm & quiet natural habitat. Pathri is well connected to all corners by local bus services. The educational facilities have been provided in the rural area with the mission of 'Serving to Educate, Educating to Serve'. They will offer professional and technical education to less fortunate students also, enabling them to take up brilliant careers.

Courses Offered

The Institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), Government of India, recognized by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Government of Maharashtra and affiliated to the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological university, Lonere, Raigad and MSBTE.

Late Bhagirathi Yashwantrao Pathrikar College of D. Pharmacy (LBYP), Pathrioffers the following:
  • Diploma in Pharmacy, a two year full-time course affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), Mumbai with an intake capacity of 60 students.
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) Degree of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological university, Lonere, Raigad a four year full-time degree course spread over eight semesters, with an intake capacity of 60 students
  • Proposed Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm.) Post-Graduate Degree, in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Pharmacognosy of the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological university, Lonere, Raigad which is a two year full- time postgraduate course with intake capacity of 15 students of each branch.

Medium of instruction is English.
